This Privacy Policy explains how TV tiempo (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use tvtiempo.app and related services (the “Service”). We are based in the United Kingdom and operate internationally. We comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 and, where applicable, the EU GDPR. We also include disclosures for California users under the CCPA and CPRA.

Name, email address, username, profile image, region, biography, privacy settings, and profile information supplied by Google or Discord when you choose social sign-in.
Shows and episodes you track or watch, watchlist entries, ratings, reactions, favourites, custom lists, imports, follows, groups, recommendations, notification choices, and feature preferences.
Supabase session cookies, provider identity information, and related security metadata used to create and maintain your session.
Browser and device information, approximate location derived from IP address, page and feature events, and sanitized errors when optional telemetry is enabled.
Messages and related information you send to our support address.
Authentication, account management, TV discovery, watch tracking, social features, imports, exports, notifications, and other requested features.
Tailored show suggestions based on your choices, preferences, and viewing activity.
Protect accounts, prevent abuse, investigate failures, and maintain the reliability of the Service.
Use aggregate or appropriately limited diagnostics to understand usage and improve features when telemetry is enabled.

We may share limited information with Google or Discord when you choose their sign-in services, Supabase for authentication and database infrastructure, application hosting and operational providers, and authorities where legally required. Optional analytics providers receive data only when that functionality is enabled. We do not sell your personal data.
Information you make public—such as your username, display name, avatar, biography, public lists, and permitted activity—may be viewed by other users. Profile, activity, and list privacy settings control the visibility described by the Service.
Where information is processed outside the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses, where required.
We retain account information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service or meet legal obligations. You can delete your TV tiempo account from Profile settings. Backups and limited operational records may persist for a reasonable period.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and receive a portable copy of your information. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Contact support@tvtiempo.app to exercise your rights. UK users may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
We use essential cookies for authentication, session continuity, and security. Optional storage or telemetry is used only as described in our Cookie Policy.
The Service is not directed to children under 13 or the higher minimum age required in their country. Do not use the Service if you are below the applicable age.
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the Service or the law. We will publish the revised policy with an updated date.
